What is this?
This is an hour-long exercise class designed specifically to help keep seniors fit and stay strong enough and flexible enough to age with grace, especially avoiding falls. No cost. No pre registration required. Meets every Wednesday from 11:00 AM to noon at Vista Crest/Parkside Place in Sylmar. Hosted by San Fernando Valley SSG chapter.
