SSG Specialist and Retirement Coach, Chris Gomberg, LMFT, CPRC, will provide an understanding of the positive psychology of Happiness over the last 20+ years. Chris will present Eight Specific Strategies that can be applied in our daily lives to influence our overall well-being as we age.
This virtual session is hosted in partnership with the Pasadena Senior Center.

This presentation will cover early detection, and the strategies researches best recommend for reducing the progression of dementia.
