Learn effective communication strategies tto make your wishes known to your loved ones. The “Five Wishes” booklet from Aging with Dignity is provided to all participants as a guide, and SSG specialists, Carol Pilkington, Aware & Conscious, and Joe Zzabounian, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, will share real-life case studies to provide a clear understanding of the key elements in advance planning. A follow-up class with SSG Specialist, Stefanie Elkins, Be Present Care, will take a deeper dive into each of the Wishes as it relates to your individual values and preferences.
