Join SSG Specialist, Sally Hartinian, for a discussion of seven habits that will increase happiness. No matter your age or physical conditions, it's never too late to start exercising and get fit. In this class, you'll learn the key physical and mental health benefits of exercise, and easy tips and techniques that will help you become more active, exercise safely and have fun at the same time.

The “Five Wishes” booklet from Aging with Dignity is provided to all participants as a guide, and SSG specialists, Carol Pilkington, Aware & Conscious, and Joe Zzabounian, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, will share real-life case studies to provide a clear understanding of the key elements in advance planning. A follow-up class with SSG Specialist, Stefanie Elkins, Be Present Care, will take a deeper dive into each of the Wishes as it relates to your individual values and preferences.
