Social connection is vital to our emotional, physical and mental well-being at any age, but especially in our elder years. SSG Senior Specialist, Carol Pilkington, CSA and Spiritual Counselor, will lead the group through a lively discussion and uplifting exercise to improve social connection and engagement.
