Women’s group for seniors to learn and explore more empowered and joyful ways of living their lives while supporting each other in finding their role, purpose and meaning as they age. SSG Specialist, PK Maxx, C.Ht. of Body Mind Imaging will lead the discussions and guide you into new and positive understanding and perspectives of your life to allow you to heal from your past, let go of your regrets, live a healthy lifestyle both physically and emotionally and find your power as a woman. Make new friends, find your bliss and learn to love yourself and truly enjoy your life!
