"A Week of Happiness" is a presentation and discussion of seven habits that will increase happiness. This discussion is moderated by Evan Press and Ramona DeLeon (in English and Spanish) No matter your age or physical conditions, it's never too late to start exercising and get fit. Join an SSG Specialist Sally Hartinian to learn the key physical and mental health benefits of exercise, and easy tips & techniques that will help you become more active, exercise safely and have fun at the same time.
