Join the Foundation for Senior Services/SSG Academy panel for a review of your estate and health care planning preferences through the “eyes” of the Five Wishes, along with real-life case studies. The Five Wishes booklets will be provided to each participant as we take a deeper dive into each wish. Hosted in partnership with Pasadena Senior Center

What is this?
The Five Wishes booklet will be provided to all participants as a guide,along with an in-depth overview of each Wish to define your future plans. Real-life case studies will be shared by the SSG specialists, with an understanding of what really matters most in advance planning. A follow-up class will be offered to take a deeper dive into the Wishes as it relates to your individual values and preferences.
