Learn from SSG specialist, Allison Korrey of Leeza’s Care Connection, about pro-active ways we can take to care of ourselves and our loved ones. Do you identify as a caregiver? You may be a caregiver and not even know it! Caring for a loved one can be a very rewarding experience and it can also be incredibly difficult on your physical & mental health. Being proactive--taking action BEFORE it becomes a necessity-- is the most successful strategy. We all know that not all heroes wear capes, and each one of us has the ability to become a hero to someone in need.
