This interactive class will discuss the impact that Aging has on fitness throughout your life, and teach you how to exercise appropriately through strengthening, flexibility and balance. SSG Specialist, Susan Fink, Owner of Train With Susan and Certified Personal Trainer & Functional Aging Specialist, will also show you how to exercise your mind to reduce stress through meditation and mindfulness.
