This interactive class will help you boost your mental strength, enrich your emotional experience, and increase your physical vitality. Counselor & Teacher, Carol Pilkington, Owner of Aware & Conscious, will explore the nature of anxiety & stress in our lives and how to navigate the daily ups and downs, and empower you with practical tools to turn negative energy into positive and productive action for a live well lived.
