Join SSG Specialist, Carol Pilkington, CSA and Spiritual Counselor, in a supportive group that provides a safe, respectful space where each person’s healing journey is valued—there’s no single “right” way to feel or heal. Topics include “Combatting Depression and Loneliness,” “Transforming Grief into Wisdom,” “Understanding Grief Indicators,” and “Honoring Memories while Healing the Heart.” Participants may share their experiences at their own pace, whether newly grieving or living with loss for years.
