Join this uplifting and supportive group to reflect on the next phase of the journey after loss. Each week the SSG Specialist, Stephen Carmody of MD Hospice and Home Health will guide seniors and families through real-life stories and meaningful activities that encourage healing, emotional resilience, and renewed connection. Through conversation, creativity, and self-discovery exercises, participants explore ways to move forward with greater strength and a deeper appreciation for the life that continues to unfold.
