| Learn effective communication strategies to make your wishes known to your loved ones and what really matters most to you for your future plans. The “Five Wishes” booklet from Aging with Dignity is provided to all participants as a guide, as the SSG specialists walk-though an in-depth overview to define each wish. Real-life case studies are shared, providing a clear understanding of the key elements in advance planning. A follow-up class will be offered to take a deeper dive into the Five Wishes as it relates to your individual values and preferences. (2 classes) |
